Local writer Craig Godfrey is working on a book of dog and cat stories and wants to hear from pet owners who have humorous experiences to share. Here’s one about Craig himself.…when entrusted with minding a very precious white fluffy dog, he discovered that the dog had wandered off and was precariously travelling the city’s busiest streets at night. It all ended well when a guardian angel in the form of the night manager at one of Hobart’s most prestigious boutique hotels, provides the canine wanderer with a bed for the night. Talk about fall on your feet (paws).
